Subject: - Matter of sick leave in case of regular appointment from fixed salary.
Sir, as per your letter no. 16/09/2040 regarding the above subject - Hitini / Govt. Provision has been made that these leave can be accumulated from the condition of (3) of 2006/7 (Part-II) / Z.1, these leave in respect of illness accumulated during the five years service of such fixed salary employees shall be given to them regularly appointment. Notice of Finance Department, 12/1 / Mr., to state under the above subject that. Pursuant to Issue No. 1 of Resolution (1) referred to, the employees of fixed salary may get leave for sick purpose during the year on the basis of medical certificate as per rule of 10 leave in full pay or 50 in half pay. In addition to this, sick leave will have to be paid with deductible salary. As per point no. 2 of the resolution
(1) referred to, the Secretary of the concerned administrative department may approve these leave. Reference (1) As per Issue No. 4 of the Resolution, the sick leave accumulated during the five years of service of fixed salary employees can be taken forward after they get regular appointment or not?
