High Court slaps Gujarat govt over school fee waiver circular

Ahmedabad. The Gujarat High Court today held a hearing on the issue of online education and private school fees in the state. In which a big decision has been taken by Gujarat High Court. In which Gujarat High Court has finally canceled the school fee waiver circular. The court has upheld the remaining points of the circular. The court will issue a detailed order in a few days.


What did the lawyer of the party who canceled the circular say?
Raheel Jain, counsel for the party, said the state government could not issue a resolution not to charge fees until the actual school starts. The resolution was a representation by school administrators that it was against the law. The High Court told the school administrators to continue teaching, we will note in the order the issue of creating balance. The problem with parents is that a balance between school costs is needed. The High Court interacted with the administrators but the school administrators were not ready for any kind of negotiation.
